Moderators and Judges will still be needed. Are you familiar with using Zoom, and would you be able to complete your assigned duties virtually if the event is moved to an online format?(Required) Yes No Under a Level 2 Emergency, driving conditions are hazardous with ice and low visibility caused by blowing and drifting snow. For everyone’s safety, all or certain roadways are closed. Only essential travel is advised, and extreme caution is urged. We will monitor the weather leading up to the competition weekend and may decide to go virtual before a Snow Emergency has been called, based on the forecast. In that case, the decision will be announced by 5pm the Thursday before competition weekend.On Saturday, Jan 24, I am available to work the following rounds:(Required) Rounds 1 and 2 (approx 9a – noon) Rounds 3 and 4 (approx 1p – 4p) Rounds 1 – 3 (approx 9a – 2:30p) All four rounds (approx 9a – 4p) I am only available to work on Sunday, January 25 All volunteer judges, moderators, or room assistants are asked to work a minimum of two rounds.Volunteers working 3 or 4 rounds will be provided lunch.On Saturday, Jan 24, I am available to work the following shift:(Required) 7a – 10 a 10a – 1p Volunteers selecting 1st shift receive breakfast; 2nd shift lunch.On Sunday, Jan. 25 we will need 20 volunteers for the Great 8 round with half being asked to stay for Final Four round.(Required) Yes, I am available if needed No, I am not available.
